What counts as one email?
One email send to one recipient. Sending to 5 recipients in one API call counts as 5 emails.
What happens when I go over my monthly limit?
We don't cut you off. Overage emails are billed at the per-thousand rate for your plan and added to the following month's invoice.
Is there a limit on how fast I can send?
New accounts start with a daily sending cap that rises automatically as you build a clean sending history. Paid plans warm up fast — within about a week your daily ceiling settles at a level that comfortably covers your monthly quota spread across the month, and it keeps rising with your usage (the free plan stays at 100/day). Yes. Email processing, storage, and delivery all happen within EU infrastructure.
